2. What data do we collect?
2.1 Free QR codes
When using our free QR generator we collect no personal data. You can generate and download a QR code directly without an account.
2.2 Dynamic QR codes (paid)
When purchasing a dynamic QR code we collect:
- Email address - For sending the QR code and management link
- Payment details - Via Mollie (see section 4)
- QR code information - Label, destination URL, settings
- Usage statistics - Number of scans, time (no IP addresses)
2.3 Contact form
When using our contact form we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Message
3. Why do we use your data?
- Service delivery - Delivering and managing your QR codes
- Communication - Confirmation emails, login links, customer service
- Payment processing - Via our payment provider Mollie
- Statistics - Insight into QR code usage (anonymized)
- Security - Protection against abuse and fraud
4. Payments via Mollie
For payments we use Mollie. Mollie processes payment details such as name, address, bank account or credit card details. We only receive payment confirmation, not the full payment details.

5. Cookies
We only use functional session cookies for login functionality. These cookies are deleted when you close your browser. No cookies are required for generating free QR codes.
